Support

All of our clients receive 30 days of free support upon registering and getting set-up with Polaris Payroll.  And because we host your application with our third party data center, all maintenance, enhancement upgrades and data back-ups are also included at no additional cost.  We offer a wide range of client support options including:

Polaris Payroll’s intuitive interface and workflow design makes training a “breeze”.  We will schedule training sessions at the convenience of your availability preferences.  We provide several training programs including:

Quick Reference Guides and User Manual

While the user manual information covers the entire platform, individual areas come with their own Quick Reference guide on how to use specific functionalities. Designed in an easy to follow format, these guides will help you master the system in a very fast and straightforward manner. As new functionality enhancements are released, an associated quick reference guide will be there for you to learn how to use the new features.

Training Reference Guides

A library of very detailed instructions for specific procedures, for example how to set up a PTO, are available to you at any time so you can quickly find the proper steps to accomplish your required tasks.

Marketing

Our marketing team is here to help you find new prospects and develop new business. With the great tools built-in to the system, your communications process will be extremely efficient. We will also provide you with professionally marketing information to further support your new business acquisition efforts. Content for leave behind flyers, direct mail postcards, e-mail blast templates and content for e-newsletters will be available for you. You’ll just need to insert the information into your design you’ll be ready to go.
